The House

Our brand-new house is located on a dead-end street right in the middle of the historical old part of Bad Reichenhall, directly across from the famous cafe REBER.

It was built in a Mediterranean style. The bright colours and lots of small, artistic details make it particularly charming. We used natural materials for the construction and made sure that we had attention of a healthy construction style. All rooms are equipped with an individual ventilation system which guarantees a healthy environment. Have your breakfast or relax any time on the beautiful terrace.

We are located only a few seconds from the beautiful pedestrian zone. Here you can indulge and try the delicious offerings in the numerous cafes, restaurants and pubs. The spa with its surrounding park, concert rotunda, visitor centre, cinema, theatre, theAlte Saline (salt works) and many other interesting sites are all nearby.

You are a nature lover? Take a short walk and a few minutes later you will reach the Burg Gruttenstein am Golling(a fortress / castle) or explore the wooden area called Kirchholz.

The Citybus stops in front of our door. It will also take you to all the interesting sights in our town, as for example the Rupertus Baths (thermal spa).

The Bad Reichenhall Art Academy is located only 300 meters from our house.

The Rooms

We have four lovingly decorated one-room apartments.

All rooms have a shower / toilet, a kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, hot water kettle, glass top stove, baking oven and refrigerator, digital satellite TV and internet connection via LAN or Wi-Fi.

Each room has a different look and thus its own charm. In the rooms on the 2nd floor, for example, you can admire the beautiful exposed wooden roof beams. What all the rooms have in common is the rustic, Mediterranean - style Italian furnishings which help create such a cozy ambience.

Our rooms are all reserved for non-smokers.

There are reserved parking spaces for our guests next to the house.

We offer special rates for students and staff of the Bad Reichenhall Art Academy.

We speak German, Italian, English and French.
